Can I try on a watch before I buy it?
Yes, by prior arrangement you can visit our boutique at Jana Masaryka 252/6, Prague 2. Here you can thoroughly examine the watch and find out all the details. We are also happy to present your chosen watch via video call or take additional photos and videos according to your wishes on platforms such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested.
Is it possible to reserve a specific watch online?
Yes, just click on the Request Product button in the product details. Alternatively, you can contact us via the web form, email or phone. This way you can ensure that the watch will be ready to try on when you visit.

How to Sell us a Watch?
The process is simple, fast and secure and consists of three steps. Send us your watch details and we'll do the rest. 1. Sending Information Fill in the form with information about your watch. 2. Top Watch Appraisal Our experts will conduct a fair market value appraisal and contact you immediately. 3. Fast and Secure Payment You will receive the agreed purchase price or, in the case of an exchange, your new watch.
How can I obtain detailed information about the condition of the watch I am interested in if I cannot visit in person?
Our experts are available to provide a detailed view of your selected watch through video calls or additional photographs and videos. We can accommodate your preferences using platforms such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom.
What payment methods do you accept?
Watches can be paid for using the payment gateway here in the shop. You can also pay by bank transfer on the basis of an proforma invoice, preferably by immediate transfer so that you can take the watch with you immediately. The Boutique also accepts cash up to EUR 10,000 and credit cards.
Which carrier do you use and how long does it take?
We ship each and every watch fully insured, worldwide and as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your new luxury watch as soon as possible. Once you have paid for your chosen watch, we will promptly package it securely, send you a tracking number and forward the watch to the carrier - DHL Express or UPS depending on your location and requirements. The parcel will be fully insured and will include a tracking device for orders over £10,000. Delivery to most EU countries takes approximately 1-2 working days.

In order for us to appraise the market value / purchase price, we will need the following information from you: - Brand - Model - Package contents - warranty card / box - Year of manufacture - Condition - Watch reference number - exact model version (found on the warranty card) - Price expectation .

- Fashion watches such as Versace, Calvin Klein or Michael Kors - Smart watches - Apple, Samsung, Garmin etc. We are primarily interested in watches with at least a WARRANTY CARD, ideally WITH COMPLETE PACKAGING, so that we can ensure impeccable provenance.
