Which delivery service do you use, and how long does it take?
We do worldwide fully insured shipping. When you make a purchase, we will ship your watch using most likely DHL express, depending on your locaton and requirements. The package will be insured and tracked. The shipping takes between 1 to 10 working days. Once the order will be fulfilled and the package will be send we will provide you with a tracking number.
How can I see further details of the watch when I am not able to visit your shop?
We will gladly show you the watch you are interested in via whatsapp video call or Facetime, even Skype or Zoom. So don’t hesitate to contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
If you are interested in some of our watches let us know we will issue you an invoice and then you will pay via bank transfer. In ou store we can accept cash up to 10 000 EUR due to anti-money laundering regulations.
How do you store personal information?
All your information such as name, address and especially your payment information is held privately and will only ever be used for billing, verification and shipping purposes.
What is your return policy?
We do comply with Czech law therefore you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return can be requested only if your item remain in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Alongside with abovementioned we are kindly asking you to pack a receipt or proof of purchase (bank account statement).
To start a return, contact us at info@prague-watch-boutique.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items will be inspected by our team and then we will confirm a refund. If the refund will be confirmed you will be refunded automatically.
Please inspect your order when the package is being handovered to you by shipping company as well as afterwards and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
